Shipping Policy
You can expect your order to be shipped within 4 days of the original order or receive notification about any delays.
We ship via the U.S. Postal Service only. We are currently unable to facilitate priority or overnight mail.
Our non-profit organization is staffed with volunteer practitioners. We wish to serve you well while recognizing that we are not a retail business in nature.
Return Policy
Any unused and unopened product can be returned for a full credit for 30 days.
If any product is defective, we will of course, replace it or refund your money. Please contact us within 40 days of product receipt for instructions about product return and next steps. After 30 days, we will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, store credit may be offered.
Each workshop has it's own cancellation policy, which can be found in the individual brochures (PDF link) on the product page.
